Isn't Congress st. at the top of the elevator at the 9th St. station? If so, isn't that Jersey City?

My real estate broker said they're moving in to MetroStop, but they haven't signed a lease yet (but that was a month ago). Would be great to have them in the area!

Initial intent for Metrostop was to have Starbucks. Actually some renderings of the property have the Starbacks in it. Its not final as of yet but according to the old sales team they thought it was going to go through. It is definitely a cafe of some sort though -

Also, the light rail stop is considered to be at 9th and Congress, that is where the confusino is coming into play concerning the address.

First, I wouldn't trust real estate brokers, they will and do say anything. Second, there is no confusion on my end with the name of the light rail stop. The address for the Starbucks is 90 Congress St which is at the top of the elevator in JC Heights.

I guess we'll have to wait until either Starbucks or Metrostop clarifies the situation.

The address for Metrostop is 800 Jackson st. so I am not sure why there is confusion when the address for the Starbucks is 90 Congres....On another note the Metrostop building is coming along great. It will be a great addition to the area. Whether it is a Starbucks or not, any store in that bulding should do well.

I don't see why Starbucks would want to be at the top of the elevator when all the people paying tons of money for brand new apartments are living at the bottom. But like HH says, we'll just have to wait and see. Just hope something goes in sooner than later!

click on the pics of MS - Starbucks is in the building. Mystery solved.

Now we have a new mystery, what was the artist on when he drew that picture. I live in that area. They make that building look like it is in the middle of a park. Harsh reality when you actually walk that block and see it is in transition.I hope that block turns out that way, but don't hold your breath.
